For our owner-managed company with 50 employees we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager (m/f/d)who strategically plans, implements and further develops our marketing activities.
You will become part of our team and play a key role in building brand awareness and driving sales of our engineered fastening products.
Your duties will include:
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to strengthen our market position and drive business growth
- Planning and implementation of target group-oriented marketing campaigns and promotions
- Creation of meaningful marketing materials, such as product brochures, presentations, and online content
- Maintaining and developing our online presence, including website and social media channels
- Market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and trends
We would like you to:
- A degree in marketing, communications or a similar field of study
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a technical environment
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Creativity, strategic thinking and a strong hands-on mentality
- Analytical skills for the evaluation of marketing key figures and derivation of optimization potentials
