The systems from ERS
ERS systems offer you solutions for mechanical fastening or electrical contacting in combination with mechanical fastening in any type of industry. Due to our modular system, our own development and production at the Lorsch site, we can offer suitable systems for every requirement profile. The following systems are constantly being expanded and developed to meet the new challenges of various industries.
Systems at a glance
The ERS sample set is quickly available and can be used as a set for many applications. We realize the availability through our vertical range of manufacture in combination with our automation within the processes, which allows us fast response times.
ERS is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Due to our manufacturing site in Lorsch, Germany, we are able to support you in the development and design of the appropriate products from the very beginning.
The AcousticsFix® system offers individual solutions for your acoustically effective material. Through our development and many years of experience for both assembly and safety, we offer you the system that has an optimal use for you. Based on our manufacturing capabilities we can respond to your requirement profile. We accompany you from the idea to the series production out and offer you everything from a hand.
Mounting plays a major role. We offer you either tool-less solutions or solutions that can be assembled by means of tools. Through this benefit you have the possibility to offer the assembly efficiency according to your understanding. We also offer solutions for corrosion, earthquake or fire resistance adapted to your requirement profile.
The LEDFix® system combines mechanical fastening and electrical contacting in the SELV range (low-voltage applications)
Similar to purely mechanical cable mounting systems, the LEDFix® system is also divided into the three major sub-areas of ceiling, room and object. As you would expect from ERS products, the LEDFix® system can be installed completely without the use of tools by the end user, with only minimal pre-assembly work at the factory.
Wiring with our special HCF power cables ensures virtually loss-free power transmission while maintaining high mechanical load capacity.
The RopeFix® rigging system for event technology has been developed in consultation with leading industry specialists.
Due to the very high breaking load of the RopeFix® rigging system, significantly higher working loads can be applied than with the common slings used in event technology.
In the field of event technology, the listed working loads (WLL) apply according to the specifications of the DGUV regulations, BGI 810-3.
Fastening systems made of single material stainless steel V4A, material 1.4401. Every single product, starting from the ball to the rope, is completely made of one material. Thus, contact corrosion is prevented.
Thanks to its high fire resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, V4A is perfect for specific applications. We machine these components internally, as we have expanded our machine park to include a high-performance CNC automatic cutting machine.

Safety has top priority at ERS EuRope-Systems GmbH. Therefore, we are already using metals that meet the requirements. In recent months, we have intensively tested lead-free materials such as zinc and aluminum alloys.
