For our owner-managed company with 50 employees we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d), which specializes in the distribution of technical products for fastening.
You will be part of our sales team and will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as supporting and developing existing customer relationships.
Your duties will include:
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as expansion and maintenance of the existing customer base in the area of technical fastening solutions
- Consulting and technical support for our customers in the selection and application of our products
- Preparation of individual offers and execution of contract negotiations
- Market monitoring and identification of new business opportunities
- Work closely with our technical team to develop customized solutions
We would like you to:
- A completed technical or commercial training in the field of sales, marketing or a comparable discipline
- Proven professional experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the field of fastening technology
- Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative, independent working style and goal orientation
